Levcones keep their ears lowered when communicating with guests from civilization, signaling they harbor no bad intentions and are focused exclusively on friendship or, at least, neutrality. They know their toothy smile can frighten an unprepared interlocutor, so they rarely smile and speak, barely parting their lips. All of this combined gives their faces an expression of either shame or fear and creates an overall image of a pitiful hunted animal, eager to escape as soon as possible.
But they lower their guard next to their loved ones and show their true essence - that’s when it turns out the Levcones are actually a very cheerful lot! They are carefree, like children, laughing loudly and starting noisy games - and it’s not easy to calm them down.
